The London Dungeon is a very popular attraction in London, with around 700,000 visitors per year. We recommend buying your tickets online in advance so you can secure a visit at a time that best suits your schedule.Are there restrooms available?
There are restrooms at the entrance, but there are none during the tour.Is The London Dungeon accessible by wheelchair?
Yes, but please note that wheelchairs cannot be over 27 inches wide because of tight spaces. There are also uneven floors. Wheelchair users should reserve their time slot, as only one can join the tour each hour. Your carer can reserve their free ticket if they have the correct documents.How scary is The London Dungeon?
Some parts of the tour at The London Dungeon include the lights going out and occasional jumpscares. Not every show is like this, though, and the actors will not chase or touch you.Can pregnant visitors take part in this experience?
Pregnant women can join the tour, but please keep in mind that there is a lot of standing and walking during the tour, and there are not many places where you can sit down. The "Drop Dead" ride is not suitable for pregnant women. You don’t have to take part in it anyway, and the staff can show you a different path to continue the tour.Are there any restrictions for the "Drop Dead" ride?
Yes, you have to be over 1.4 m tall. Visitors with certain health problems cannot go on the ride. Ask the staff for more information.What if I have to leave the tour?

DO visit the Tavern at the end
Visit the Victorian pub at the end of the tour. Visitors can enjoy snacks, a themed cocktail, beer, and other drinks there.
DON’T bring large bags
There is no cloakroom, so you can’t leave luggage and large items at the venue. You can bring bags and backpacks up to 30L.
DO maximize the fun!

DON’T take photos or film the experience
Taking photos and videos during the tour is not permitted. The London Dungeon has its own photographer, though, and you can purchase photos at the photo desk after the tour finishes.
DO tell the actors if you need to leave
If you must leave the tour, don’t hesitate to tell the actors and any staff member. They will get somebody to escort you to the closest exit.
